2022 Annual General Meeting

Vectus Biosystems Limited (ASX:VBS) (the Company) advises that this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 11:00am (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 23 November 2022 as a hybrid meeting, in recognition of the COVID-19 health conditions. Shareholders can attend virtually on Zoom or in person at 26-34 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery NSW. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, VBS advises that any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm on 19 October 2022. The Notice of Meeting and other information regarding the AGM will be issued shortly after that date.
