Annual General Meeting

Vectus Biosystems Limited (ASX:VBS) (the Company) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at 11.00am (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 25 January 2022 as a virtual meeting, in recognition of the COVID-19 health restrictions. There will not be a physical meeting held. VBS advises that any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm on 23 December 2021. The Notice of Meeting and other information regarding the AGM will be issued shortly after that date.
