Münster, October 04, 2023. Vectron Systems AG raises the planning for business year 2023 due to the positive business development. The company previously assumed an EBITDA in the range of EUR 1.3 to EUR 2.2 million. Now the estimate is increased to an EBITDA of EUR 2.2 million to EUR 3.2 million.

This positive result is attributable to both the new subsidiary acardo and Vectron. Although acardo is not expected to fully achieve its original EBITDA target (EUR 2.8 million) for 2023, the Vectron business performed better than expected due to significant increases in recurring revenues. The company will comment on the forecast for subsequent years at a later date.
