Vectron Systems AG: EUR 10.0 million loan from DZ BANK

The Vectron Systems AG receives a loan of EUR 10.0 million from DZ BANK AG. It serves to finance projects within the framework of the growth-oriented digital transformation strategy and investments in software, IT and cloud-based services planned in this connection. Digital complete solutions integrated in Vectron POS systems are to help advance the necessary digital transformation for restaurateurs and develop Vectron into the leading online platform for the out-of-home market. The loan agreement was signed on 5 April 2018 and will run until December 2020.
