Notification of Release of Securities from Escrow
ServTech Global Holdings Limited ( ServTech or the Company ) advises that 48,284,995 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from escrow on 17 March 2019 in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A.
The shares were issued as part of pre-IPO funding and were subject to 24 months escrow from the date of official quotation being 16 March 2017.
