Successful Launch of the REIWA Mobile App

Highlights:

• ServTech’s development division Technobrave Pty Ltd has successfully developed and launched a mobile application for the Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA);

• The REIWA App is now available on the iOS App Store and Android Google Play platforms for download;

• ServTech has commenced discussions with REIWA regarding further development of the REIWA App which, if successful will be announced by the company in due course;

• Successful delivery of the REIWA App project showcases ServTech’s web and mobile application software development capabilities with a view to securing similar large, highprofile contracts.

ServTech Global Holdings Ltd (ASX: SVT) (“ServTech” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned development division Technobrave Pty Ltd (“Technobrave”) has successfully completed development of a mobile application for the Real Estate Institute of WA (“REIWA”) : the REIWA.com Property App (the “REIWA App”).

REIWA is the peak body for the real estate profession in WA representing over 90 per cent of operating real estate agents in WA. ServTech was previously engaged by REIWA to develop a new consumer-focused mobile application (ASX: 18 September 2017). The successful launch of the REIWA App on both the Apple iOS and Google Play app stores represents the first phase of development.

REIWA App Overview

The REIWA app is specifically designed to make property searches simpler, providing the optimal mobile functionality, features and experience. The new mobile app is powered by up-to-theminute property data and intelligence that you would expect from WA’s peak real estate industry institution.

Technical Process

ServTech was involved in all parts of delivering this app project including project scoping, wireframing, UX design, front end iOS and Android development, API integration, QA testing as well as final deployment.

During the last nine months, over 5,000 development hours from Technobrave was invested to ensure an exceptional end result for the client.

Core App Functionality

Property Search

• Search all WA properties with combination of different options

• Show property search results in list and map view options

• Search properties around current location or in visible area or in custom drawing area

• View full details of properties

Save Favourites

• Ability to keep track of favourite homes and property searches conveniently

Home Open Times

• The app offers the ability for users to save home open times directly into their calendar
