REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, ServTech Global Holdings Limited (ASX: SVT, “the Company”) requests that its securities be placed in voluntary suspension.

The suspension is requested pending:

• 1) an announcement by the Company in relation to a proposed business disposal transaction;

• 2) the Company finalising its response to an ASX Aware Query received from ASX on 1 December 2017.

The Company requests that the suspension remain in place until the earlier of the Company making announcements on both items or the commencement of trading on 13 December 2017.

The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the suspension should not be granted.
