REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

ServTech Global Holdings Limited (ASX: SVT, “the Company”) refers to its voluntary suspension request of 6 December 2017.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests a further extension of the voluntary suspension.

The suspension is requested pending:

• 1) an announcement by the Company in relation to a proposed business disposal transaction;

• 2) the Company finalising its response to an ASX Aware Query received from ASX on 1 December 2017.

The Company requests that the suspension remain in place until the earlier of the Company making announcements on both items or the commencement of trading on 20 December 2017.

The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the suspension should not be granted.

The Company confirms that it is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
