VECTION WELCOMES DELL OEM PARTNER, JMC, AS SHAREHOLDER
Real-time software company Vection Technologies Ltd ( ASX:VR1 ) ( Vection Technologies , Vection or the Company ) is pleased to announce that DELL Platinum and OEM Partner, JMC Group Srl ( JMC ), has completed an initial tranche of on-market share purchases in the Company, demonstrating a further strong commitment to the partnership.
This announcement follows on from the execution of an Original Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM ) partnership agreement, to introduce Vection’s real-time software suite to Dell Technologies Inc ( DELL ) Software and Peripherals ( SnP ) global sales program. (ASX: 13 August 2020)
Following the selection of Vection Technologies as a critical partner to pursue DELL OEM Extended Reality ( XR ) technology integrated solutions for global market penetration, DELL Platinum and OEM Partner, JMC, has completed an initial tranche of on-market share purchases, acquiring 4,102,487 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 4.6¢ per share.
