Overview

SVT provides customised outsourced solutions for small to medium sized companies in Australia.

This business offering gives clients the ability to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and regain freedom to focus their attention on core business activities. Currently, SVT’s Outsourced Solutions operation is based in the Philippines. The team has 40 full time employees with a range of skills across finance, HR, marketing and administration. SVT works with clients to identify internal tasks that can be outsourced and then develop tailored solutions that are scalable and cost effective.

AU1 Agreement

Software as a Service (SaaS)

On December 14, 2017 ServTech Global Holdings Limited (ASX: SVT) (‘ServTech’ or ‘the Company’) entered into a binding term sheet agreement (‘The Agency Agreement’) with integrated real estate and financial services company. Which included an outsourced solutions agreement whereby ServTech will continue to maintain the administration services of the previous ServTech entities for a fee of no less than $25,000 per month.

In addition, ServTech will conduct an efficiency assessment of The Agency with a view to ultimately manage complete outsourced services requirements for the whole of The Agency – the potential result being a substantial recurring revenue stream for ServTech.

SaaS Growth Plans

Software as a Service (SaaS)

Now that the Real Estate SaaS suite is ready for commercialisation, SVT has identified the Automotive and Legal industry segments as the next key commercial opportunities.

The company has begun planning to shift the focus of its SaaS development team to develop a range of SaaS applications for both these industries.

Following work with one of Australia’s biggest automotive groups in recent months, SVT has identified a massive opportunity for SaaS applications to solve a range of administrative tasks.

Legal

The SVT management team is currently in discussion with major law firms to identify operational opportunities and have begun planning a suite of Legal SaaS applications to streamline some of the most repetitive tasks.

Gianmarco Orgnoni

Bert Mondello

Mr Orgnoni has skills extending across corporate finance, investment bankin and research analysis. He has gained extensive experience working across the private and public sectors, in particular offering corporate advisory services and corporate finance analysis for various private and publicly listed companies.

Bert Mondello has more than 20 years' experience across both the private and public sectors. An as Executive, Mr Mondello has substantial capital markets experience and knowledge of equity markets having participated in company restructures, IPOs, RTOs, investor placements and seed raisings.

He has provided key strategic advice across several M&A transactions, RTOs and IPOs locally and abroad. With significant commercial experience across European and Australian private and capital markets, he has worked closely with and has provided adversarial services to a number of companies spanning from civil engineering, education, technology, bio technology and real estate.

With experience spanning the retail and institutional sectors and extensive knowledge of marketing communications and investor relations, Mr Mondello has provided strategic corporate advice to a number of organisations across multiple industries.

Mr Mondello is currently a Non-Executive Director of ZipTel Ltd, Weststar Industrial Ltd (ASX: WSI) and holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Notre Dame, Australia.

Mr Orgnoni holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, Italy.

Non-Executive Director

Derek Hall

Mr Hall is a finance and compliance specialist in the listed space. He has significant commercial experience identifying key business drivers and bringing cost control and process improvement into sharp focus. These skills have been demonstrated primarily in the resources and technology sectors as a ‘Big 4’ company auditor; a restructuring professional; and most recently as a senior finance executive.

Mr Hall is currently Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of WestStar Industrial Limited and ZipTel Limited.

Mr Hall is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary and Fellow of the Financial Services Institute.

General Manager Simon Ingleson

Mr Ingleson has extensive experience in the Technology and Media sectors with a career spanning over 20 years. Mr Ingleson spent 15 years with one of the worlds largest media companies, News Corporation as Advertising Director managing a team of over 200 employees including extensive experience running large operational call centres in both Perth and Sydney.

Mr Ingleson successfully led the launch and implementation of several of News Corporations initiatives including STM, perthnow.com.au, Escape.com.au as well as creating a sales partnership with moshtix.com.au.

In 2012 Mr Ingleson founded Big Leap Consulting and has since held several advisory roles for many ASX listed technology companies and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia and a AGSM from The University of New South Wales.
