REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

The Company refers to the request for a trading halt dated 29 May 2017 and hereby requests a voluntary suspension of its securities, effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding details of non-binding heads of agreements.

The suspension will remain in place until the Company makes an announcement which is expected to be not later than commencement of trading on Friday 2 June 2017.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
