VECTION SIGNS STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH CAREAR A XEROX (NASDAQ: XRX) COMPANY, FOR USA MARKET ACCELERATION
Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1, OTC:VCTNY), ("Vection" or the "Company"), the INTEGRATED XR[] company, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with CareAR (' a Xerox company' ) to enable accelerated access to the USA market beginning immediately.
HIGHLIGHTS:

Vection and CareAR (the Parties), with Xerox (NASDAQ: XRX) and ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) as notable shareholders[1] , execute a strategic partnership.

The Parties will integrate certain software offerings for the purpose of sales collaboration and cross-selling by the end of January 2025.

The Parties have agreed a dedicated sales collaboration effort with focus on the USA and European markets to begin immediately.

The Parties have agreed a reseller arrangement including a referral fee structure.

The Parties have agreed to collaborate on sales pipeline to begin immediately.

The Parties have agreed a marketing plan, including a go-to-market and co-branding strategy as well as marketing events to begin immediately.

Each of the Parties will retain their product IP.
OVERVIEW:
The collaboration between the Parties focuses on providing market-leading, integrated solutions that transform spatial computing.
Integrating CareAR Assist into Vection’s Enworks products provides users with instant access to real-time visual support with a single click, along with shared account features that enhance workflow efficiency and usability. This integration also allows for seamless real-time support through its native embedding as a ServiceNow connector, further improving usability and efficiency in workflows. Furthermore, Vection’s 3DFrame content will be integrated into CareAR’s Experience Builder. This integration will allow users to meld immersive 3D visuals with practical augmented reality applications, effectively connecting visualisation with operational use and providing a transformative business experience.
This partnership also enhances customer capabilities by offering direct access to CareAR Experience Builder. This feature enables users to design and manage dynamic augmented reality experiences and instructional content, boosting their capacity to innovate and tackle complex issues in real-time.
The partnership is supported by a strong market expansion strategy to promote adoption and growth. By utilising their combined expertise, the Parties aim to distribute their solutions across the USA and European markets. This effort will be backed by co-branded marketing campaigns and extensive sales training, ensuring standalone and integrated offerings achieve their full potential.

The parties shall be shortly showcasing their integrated technologies at the UXBRIDGE Innovation Centre Europe of Xerox Corporation London, United Kingdom.
MARKETING AND SALES INITIATIVES:
The Parties will launch a coordinated marketing strategy to support this partnership and drive customer engagement for sales. Co-branded marketing collateral will further reinforce this message, presenting a unified front to target markets and emphasising the synergies between the two companies.
The collaboration will also focus on maintaining market relevance through regular events. Quarterly webinars and in-person gatherings will showcase the combined capabilities to industry leaders, offering solution overviews, case studies, and interactive discussions. These initiatives aim to build awareness, foster engagement, and demonstrate the tangible value delivered by the partnership’s integrated solutions.
Sale collaboration have been agreed which Include the opportunity to cross-sell products in all regions each of the Parties currently operate in, mainly the USA and Europe, as well as sales training. Pipeline collaboration between sales teams will begin Immediately together with implementing a standardised sale qualification process. There Is also a reseller arrangement, including referral fees, that has been agreed and put in place.
The partnership commences immediately for a 1-year term, rolling over annually unless non-renewal notification is provided more than 90 days before the end of the respective term.
This collaboration establishes a critical foundation for market expansion into the USA, enhances the Company's XR ecosystem, and drives long-term scalability and leverage . By aligning with CareAR, a globally recognised partner, Vection strengthens its competitive position and unlocks new growth revenues opportunities in mission-critical sectors and geographies. The Parties expect to see positive sales momentum given the technological potential and sales capability of both Parties, particularly given the current strong demand for AI from medium-large companies and governments, especially in the USA.
