Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX: VR1) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Vection Technologies Ltd (‘VR1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VR1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1, OTC:VCTNY), ("Vection" or the "Company") requests an immediate trading halt be granted by ASX with respect to its ordinary shares to apply from the open of trading today, Monday, 28 April 2025.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

the Company requests the trading halt pending an announcement regarding a capital raising to support the expansion of its AI business and the development of new markets;

the Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 or the release of an announcement in relation to the above; and
-
the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
