SETTLEMENT OF INVRSION ACQUISITION

ACCELERATING ORGANIC GROWTH THROUGH TARGETED ACQUISITIONS

Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1, OTC:VCTNY), the INTEGRATEDXR[] company, is pleased to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of the business of Invrsion S.r.l ("Invrsion"), a prominent technology company specializing in 3D and mixed reality solutions for the fashion, retail, consumer goods, and real estate sectors. (ASX: 7 June and 5 September 2023)

The strategic acquisition of Invrsion and the previously announced proposed acquisition of MYR S.r.l (“MYR”) reinforce Vection Technologies' commitment to innovation and customer value and is in line with the stated strategy of accelerating long-term organic growth through targeted valuable acquisitions.
