ASX RELEASE
On 1 February 2021, real-time software company Vection Technologies Ltd ( ASX:VR1 ) ( Vection Technologies , Vection or the Company ) announced the execution of an Original Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM ) agreement with multinational technology company HP Inc ( HP ).
Further to the announcement dated 1 February 2021, the Company provides the following additional information:

Under the agreement, the Company may combine / integrate its proprietary software solutions with HP’s hardware products and utilise HP’s global authorised resellers to sell in 170 countries. This enhances Vection’s hardware and HP’s software offerings respectively.

Under the agreement, the Company may purchase HP products from HP or an OEM Authorised Reseller for:

Development, testing, manufacture or creation, or demonstration of OEM products;

Supply (by sale, lease, loan or otherwise) of OEM Products to end-users either directly or through an HP OEM authorized reseller; and

Repair, upgrade, maintenance and support of OEM Products supplied to end-users.
