Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX: VR1) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Vection Technologies Ltd (‘VR1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VR1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 1 December 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ASX RELEASE

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Vection Technologies Ltd ( ASX:VR1 ) ( Vection Technologies , Vection or the Company ) requests a trading halt with respect to its securities effective prior to the opening of the market on Monday, 29 November 2021.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of it making an announcement regarding the above or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 1 December 2021. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
