VECTION OEM PARTNERSHIP TARGETS DELL GLOBAL SALES FORCE

Real-time software company Vection Technologies Ltd ( ASX:VR1 ) ( Vection Technologies , Vection or the Company ) is pleased to announce the execution of an Original Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM ) partnership agreement to introduce Vection’s real-time software suite to Dell Technologies Inc ( DELL ) Software and Peripherals ( SnP ) global sales program with SnP MFG ID 3123 3rd Party Vendor Code.

The agreement was executed with JMC Group Srl ( JMC ), an end-to-end DELL Platinum and OEM Partner specialising in client, OEM and industrial solutions in all its verticals.

Highlights:

• Vection signs OEM agreement to introduce its real-time software suite in DELL’s SnP global sales program with JMC

• JMC selects Vection as the key partner for virtual reality and extended reality end-to-end solutions targeting DELL’s global SnP sales force

• Joint market distribution activities within EMEA for Vection’s software product suite

The partnership between Vection Technologies and JMC will focus on bringing end-to-end enterprise solutions to DELL’s SnP global sales force, under the “JSOP” and “Vection engine” logos. JMC is a leader of high-level integrated hardware solutions, designing advanced computing solutions as a DELL Platinum and OEM partner, ensuring safety, high performance and scalability.

The integration between hardware and software for virtual reality and extended reality technologies represents a key focus area of enterprises today in their digitalisation journey towards Industry 4.0. Through this partnership, Vection and JMC will deliver unique enterprise end-to-end solutions for transversal industry application supported by DELL’s global sales footprint.

Vection and JMC will also collaborate on market distribution activities towards Vection’s software product suite including FrameS, Mindesk and Trainer Creator within Europe, the Middle East and Africa ( EMEA ).
