ServTech Global Holdings Limited

TRADING HALT

The securities of ServTech Global Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 19 March 2018, or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, ServTech Global Holdings Limited (ASX: SVT, “the Company”) requests a trading halt with respect to its securities effective prior to the opening of the market on Thursday 15 March 2018.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a Capital Raising. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until earlier of such time as it makes the announcement regarding the Capital Raising or the commencement of trading on Monday, 19 March 2018.

The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted.
