Description

The securities of ServTech Global Holdings Ltd (the “Company”) will be admitted to Official Quotation from the commencement of trading on Thursday 16 March 2017.

Official quotation of the Company’s shares is expected to commence at 1pm AEDT on Friday 17 March 2017. The Company has raised $6,000,000 pursuant to the offer under a prospectus dated 20 December 2016 by the issue of 30,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
