STRATEGIC ADVISORY BOARD APPOINTMENT
Real-time software company Vection Technologies Ltd ( ASX:VR1 ) ( Vection Technologies , Vection or the Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Vittorio Emanuele Terzi to its Advisory Board.
Vittorio Emanuele Terzi currently serves as managing partner of Terzi & Partners, a strategic advisory firm to diverse high growth companies in the field of innovation with specific focus in the software, biotech and fintech industries. He currently serves as independent director of Banca Generali S.p.A., a bank listed on the Italian bourse with a market capitalization of over $7 billion.
Vittorio Emanuele Terzi represents a strategic appointment to assist the Company in its global strategic initiatives to partner with tier-1 consulting, industrial and technological partners focussing on the creation of value for all Vection’s stakeholders.
Vittorio Emanuele Terzi stated “I am pleased to join Vection’s advisory board to strategically advise the Board and Management on their growth plans. Vittorio Emanuele Terzi’s Background:
Born on August 16, 1954 he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1979 and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in 1981. After working at the EEC Environment Directorate in Brussels, in 1980 he was recruited in Citibank for about 5 years dealing with wholesale banking and international project financing. He joined McKinsey & Company in 1985, where he became Partner in 1990 and Director in 1996. In 1988 he managed the opening of the new office in Rome. He was from 2004 to 2011 Managing Partner of the McKinsey & Company Mediterranean Complex. In 2014, he founded Terzi & Partners, a company that advises corporations, innovative companies and financial institutions on industrial strategy, M&A, corporate finance and governance. He is independent director of Banca Generali S.p.A. since April 2015, Generali Italia S.p.A. and Value Italy S.p.A. He is also member of the Executive Committee of Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia, past President of American Chamber of Commerce in Italy, and Senior Advisor to BC Partners and Coller Capital.

Advisory Board Charter/Purpose:
Vection Technologies’ Advisory Board is charged to advise the Board of Directors and Executives with respect to matters within the areas of their experience and expertise and, in particular, assist with technology/product market fit in specific verticals, technology/product market fit from a technological standpoint, client and partners relationship management, and overall company vertical strategy.
In particular, the objectives of the Advisory Board are to gain Vection a technological advantage in specific verticals, gain wider market recognition and market positioning for the Company from a global standpoint to drive material opportunities and ensure strategy is aligned with required market expectations.
