Change of name to Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1)

ServTech Global Holdings Ltd (ASX:SVT) ( Company ), a multinational software company that creates 3D, Virtual Reality ( VR ) and Augmented Reality ( AR ) solutions, is pleased to advise that it has changed its Company name to Vection Technologies Ltd . The Company will trade with the new ASX code “ VR1 ”.

For ASX purposes, the effective date for the Company name and ASX code change will be Thursday, 28 November 2019. On this date, the ASX code for the fully paid ordinary shares in the Company will change from “SVT” to “VR1”.

The change of the Company’s name was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 November 2019.
