VECTION TECHNOLOGIES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING KEY DATES

Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1, OTC:VCTNY), the INTEGRATED XR[] company is pleased to advise that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on or after Monday, 24 November 2025.

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Tuesday, 7 October 2025. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (WST) on this date.

Shareholders will be advised of the full details of the Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course.
