VECTION TECHNOLOGIES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

KEY DATES

Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1, OTC:VCTNY), the INTEGRATEDXR[] company is pleased to advise that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 28 November 2023.

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Monday, 16 October 2023. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (WST) on this date.

Shareholders will be advised of the full details of the Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course.
