Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1, OTC:VCTNY), the INTEGRATED XR[®] company, is pleased to advise that its Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30 November 2022.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the Company’s Constitution, the Company advises that the closing date for Director nominations is close of business Wednesday, 19 October 2022.
