This is a company announcement made by VBL Plc ("the Company") in compliance with the Capital Markets Rules.

QUOTE

VBL Plc announces that RSM Malta (Reg. office: Mdina Road, Zebbug, Malta) have been appointed as auditors of the Company until the next annual general meeting of the Company, following approval of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on the 14th December 2021. The change in auditors follows the removal of BDO Malta from office as auditors of the Company, pursuant to the terms of Article 157 of the Companies Act. The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity and thank BDO Malta for their assistance and services to the Company over the past years.
