Notification of Major Holdings (5.176)

This is a Company Announcement made by the Company in compliance with the Capital Markets Rules.

The Company announces that it has been informed by Mr Artur Haze that, as a result of a transfer of shares on the 30 September 2024 between Raniark Limited (C83360) as transferor and Mr Artur Haze as transferee, a sufficient number of ordinary shares in the Company have been transferred to trigger the notification requirements set out in Capital Markets Rule 5.176.

As such, Raniark Limited (C83360) no longer holds ordinary shares in the Company and Mr Artur Haze now holds 44,010,815 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 17.66%.

The Company is informed that this transfer is part of a restructuring exercise and that the beneficial ownership of the ordinary shares has always been and remains with Mr. Artur Haze.
