Vaxtex Cotfab Limited reports - June 2023 Quarter ended Net Profit of Rs. 37.39 Lakhs

Ahmedabad; August 5[th] , 2023- Vaxtex Cotfab Limited - NSE Listed Company engaged in the business of manufacturing of garments and trading of fabrics and apparels in the wholesale and retail segments, reported Net Profit of Rs. 37.39 Lakhs.

For the First Quarter, the Company reported Sales of Rs. 1083.59 Lakhs as compared to Rs. 1657.04 Lakhs as on quarter ended 31[st] March, 2023 year ago. Total Revenue was reported 1089.04 Lakhs compared to Rs. 1671.58 Lakhs as on quarter ended 31[st] March, 2023.

The EPS has increased from 0.02 as on quarter ended 31[st] March, 2023 to 0.03 as on 30[th] June, 2023.

The Company has announced Rights Issue of 6,31,45,050 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs. 1/- each for a cash at a Price of Rs. 2/- per Equity Shares (including premium of Rs. 1 per equity share in the ratio of 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Shares for every 2 (Two) Equity Shares. Issue opens from August 7, 2023 and closes on August 18[th] 2023.

The Company had purchased, set up a manufacturing unit situated at J-03 (GF to 4th Floor) Tejendra Arcade, Nr, Ganjifarak Mill Compound, Nr. Rakhial Char Rasta Rakhial, Ahmedabad- 380023 in the month of May 2023.
