Pursuant to second proviso to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. 27[th] July, 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company which commenced at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 5:30 P.M. inter-alia has:

Considered and adopted Letter of Offer and Abridged Letter of Offer to be filed with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (‘NSE’) and any other authority, as applicable and will be dispatched to the Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. 24[th] July, 2023.

2. Decided the schedule of the Rights Issue:

#Our Board or a duly authorized Committee thereof will have the right to extend the Issue period as it may determine from time to time but not exceeding 30 (Thirty) days from the Issue Opening Date. Further, no withdrawal of application shall be permitted by any Applicant after the Issue Closing Date.

1. The Company has been allotted the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) for the purpose of credit of Rights Entitlement. The ISIN of the Rights Entitlement is INE098220010. The Rights Entitlements of Eligible Equity Shareholders as on Record Date shall be credited, prior to the Issue opening date, in their respective demat accounts under the aforementioned ISIN.

4. M/s. Cameo Corporate Services Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Registrar” or “Registrar to the Issue”) for Rights Issue as Registrar to the Issue.
