Repayment of Secured Loan

Ahmedabad; November 11, 2022- Vaxtex Cotfab Limited - an NSE listed Company, one of the leading textile manufacturing Company in India, reported Net sales at Rs. 1843.75 Lakhs for the Second Quarter ended September, 2022.

During the Financial year 2019-20, the Company had availed a secured loan from Abhyudaya Co-Operative Bank Limited in connection with its working capital requirements. As on date of the press release, the Company has repaid its entire loan amounting to Rs. 7 Crore 50 Lakhs.

This loan has been fully paid by the company the same will be disclosed in the documents available in public domain on timely manner.

The Quarterly Results for September, 2022 evidenced a net Profit of Rs. 9.64 Lakhs and witnessed a Net Sales at Rs. 1843.75 Lakhs. Profit After Tax for Q2FY22 stood at Rs. 9.64 Lakhs
