We refer to the trading halt on the securities of Red 5 Limited (Company) and hereby request a voluntary suspension of trading, pending finalisation of all legal documentation following closure of the book build for an equity raising.
The voluntary suspension is sought until the release by the Company of an announcement regarding the equity raising.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
