Dear Sir/Madam,

In continuation to our announcement made to Stock Exchanges vide our communication dated March 23, 2021, we are pleased to inform that Vascon Engineers Limited has received Letter of Acceptance from Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department for the following two projects namely:

1. Establishment of New Medical College attached with existing District Hospital, Bijnor amounting to Rs. 246.09 Crores. The work has been awarded on ‘ Design and Built Lumpsum Basis’. The work has to be completed within 18 months from the date of receipt of Letter of Acceptance.

2. Establishment of New Medical College attached with existing District Hospital, Kaushambi amounting to Rs. 269.54 crores. The work has been awarded on ‘ Design ’

and Built Lumpsum Basis . The work has to be completed within 18 months from the date of receipt of Letter of Acceptance.

None of the Promoter/Promoter Group has any interest in the aforesaid work.

Furtherahead, the aforesaid work doesn’t fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions.
