Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department has opened financial bids today and Vascon Engineers Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder for the following two projects :

1. Establishment of New Medical College attached with existing District Hospital, Bijnor amounting to Rs. 246.09 Crores.

2. Establishment of New Medical College attached with existing District Hospital, Kaushambi amounting to Rs. 269.54 Crores.

None of the Promoter/Promoter Group has any interest in the aforesaid work.

Furtherahead, the aforesaid work doesn’t fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions.
