With reference to the above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that Trading Window for the buying/selling/dealing/trading in Securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from December 31, 2021 pursuant to Vascon's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Code), Regulations, 2015.
