Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2021.

The Trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
