Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“the SEBI Listing Regulations”), we inform you that the Manager of the Company, Shri Baskar Asirvatham Moduthagam, has resigned w.e.f. September 2, 2021. This was noted by the Board at its meeting held on September 2, 2021.
The Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the appointment of Ms. Kirti B. Chaudhari as the Manager of the Company w.e.f. September 2, 2021.
We are enclosing herewith the information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 in Annexure 1.
