Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, June 4, 2021, inter alia, to:

• i. Consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the fourth quarter and Financial year ended on March 31, 2021;

• ii. Consider raising of Funds by way of Issuance of Secured/Unsecured Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures on Private Placement basis, in one or more tranches / series; and

• iii. Consider matters relating to the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Further, as informed vide our communication dated March 20, 2021, Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from Thursday, April 1, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results i.e. up to Sunday, June 6, 2021 (both days inclusive).
