With reference to the above captioned subject, please find enclosed herewith the revised disclosure received on July 14, 2021 from Mr. Tarang Jain, Promoter together with Persons Acting in Concert, who belongs to the Promoters Group of the Company and holding equity shares more than 25% of the total Equity Share Capital of the Company, in the requisite format as prescribed under Regulation 30(1) and 30(2) of Takeover Regulations pertaining to their aggregate shareholding as on March 31, 2021. Further, pursuant to the Regulation 31(4) of the Takeover Regulations, they have declared that during the FY 2020-21, they have not made any encumbrance of Equity Shares of the Varroc Engineering Limited held by them, directly or indirectly.

The revised disclosure is being submitted on account of unintentional typographical error, made in the earlier disclosure which is reproduced below:
