२. ३१ डिसेंबर २०१९ रोजी संपलेल्या तिमाही आणि नऊ महिन्यांसाटी कंपनीच्या अलेखापरीक्षित स्वायत्त आणि एकत्रीकृत वित्तीय माहितीचे लेखा परीक्षण समितीने परीक्षण केले आहे व १ ३ फेब्रुवारी २०२० रोजी घेण्यात आलेल्या संचालक मंडळाच्या सभेत मंजूर केली आहे.
३. कंपनीच्या संचालक मंडाळाने १३, फेब्रुवारी २०२० रोजी झालेल्या सभेत १रुपया दर्शनी मुल्य असलेल्या कंपनीच्या समभागावर, ३ रुपये प्रति समभाग या दराने अंतरिम लाभांश मंजूर केला आहे.
