As informed vide our communication dated September 29, 2021, Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from Friday, October 1, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results i.e., up to Saturday, November 13, 2021 (both days inclusive).
This intimation will be available on the website of the Company i.e. www.varroc.com, BSE Limited i.e. www.bseindia.com and National Stock Exchange of India Limited i.e. www.nseindia.com.
