Notice of AGM
Various Eateries confirms that it has posted to shareholders the annual report and accounts for the 52 weeks ended 1 October 2023, and a notice convening the annual general meeting of the Company. A copy of the annual report and accounts can be accessed on the Company's website at www.variouseateries.co.uk.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 1:30 pm on 19 March 2024 at WH Ireland's office on 24 Martin Lane, London, EC4R 0DR.
