Various Eateries confirms that it has posted to shareholders the annual report and accounts for the 52 weeks ended 2 October 2022, and a notice convening the annual general meeting of the Company. A copy of the annual report and accounts can be accessed on the Company's website at www.variouseateries.co.uk. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 9am on 29 March 2023 at Tavolino, 2 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2DB.
