Notice of AGM

Various Eateries announces that, further to the announcement of 7 March 2022, it has now posted to shareholders its report and accounts and notice of its Annual General Meeting. Copies of all these documents are available on the Company's website www.variouseateries.co.uk.

The meeting will be held at 11am on 31 March 2022 at Tavolino, 2 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2DB.

At this time, it is anticipated that the Annual General Meeting will proceed as an open meeting at which shareholders can attend in person. However, given the ongoing uncertainty and bearing in mind broader public health considerations and the safety of others, the Company's board of directors will continue to monitor Government guidance and regulation in advance of the AGM. A further announcement will be made if there are any changes to the arrangements for the AGM.
