Issue of Options

The Company confirms that it has issued options over 452,502 shares to certain employees and PDMRs of the Company, the details of the options issued to PDMRs are set out below (the "Options").

The Options are being granted under part a) and part b) of the Company's CSOP Share Scheme to incentivize key employees. Part a) options qualify as EMI options and part b) options are unapproved. The Options have an exercise price of 102.7p and vest equally over three years with the first vesting date being the first anniversary of the date of grant; they remain, however, conditional on the continued employment of the recipient at the date of vesting.

The details of the issue of Options issued to PDMRs of the Company under this new Scheme are as follows:
