Hamburg, 3rd November 2017 – The Management Board of Varengold Bank AG has decided, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, to open a further branch office in Sofia, Bulgaria, in addition to the existing branch office in London. The Management Board sees the excellent opportunity to extend the decided business strategy of Varengold Bank with a presence in Bulgaria to the south-east European area. The necessary regulatory steps to open such a branch shall be taken shortly.
