Hamburg, February 18th, 2015 - Varengold Bank AG (WKN 547930) has raised
his shareholding of 49% sub-pool assets in the Varengold Investment-AG mit
TGV up to 100%. From an operational point Varengold Bank wants to bind the
subsidiary company closer to the bank.

Varengold Investment-AG mit TGV, founded in early 2010 and based in
Hamburg, is an AIF capital management company in form of an internal
managed investment company with variable share capital.
