Hamburg, October 17th, 2014 -Varengold Bank AG (WKN 547 930) reduces its
100 percent stake in Hanseatic Brokerhouse Securities AG for strategic
reasons about 25 percent to 75 percent.
The connection with the Hanseatic Brokerhouse Securities AG remains as a
central pillar in the business branch Capital-Markets-Brokerage and will
further accelerate the expansion of the private banking business in this
division. Both companies continue to benefit greatly from the close,
inter-company cooperation.
