Hamburg, 30 th May 2017 – At yesterday’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of Varengold Bank AG (symbol: VG8) approved annual financial statement 2016 that was issued with an unqualified audit opinion by the auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers AG. As reported in our Corporate News of 31 st March 2017, the Bank records a net loss of TEUR -1,486 for the fiscal year 2016 (previous year: TEUR -13,218).
Varengold Bank AG will publish its audited financial statements end of June 2017.
