Hamburg, 6th March 2012 - The supervisory board of Varengold
Wertpapierhandelsbank AG appointed Mr. M. Hans Dastmaltchi as additional
member of the managing board with effect from 1st March 2012. After the
earlier approval of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority
(BaFin), he will now conduct the business together with Yasin Sebastian
Qureshi and Steffen Fix. In his position as member of the managing board,
Mr. Dastmaltchi will be responsible for sales and marketing in the field of
Capital-Markets-Brokerage. With the expansion of the managing board, the
company is well positioned to encourage the strategic development. Mr.
Dastmaltchi has been active in the company since 1997 and operated as
general representative of the company in the past three years.
