Key information relating to cash dividend to be paid by Vår Energi ASA

Sandnes, Norway, 9 January 2026: Reference is made to the announcement by Vår

Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) on 9 January 2026 regarding the notice of an extraordinary

general meeting ("EGM"), to be held on 30 January 2026 to approve a dividend of

NOK 1.209 per share, NOK 3 018 155 151 in total, equivalent to USD 300

million, relating to Q4 2025.

Announced currency: NOK

Last day including right:  2 February 2026

Ex-date: 3 February 2026

Record date: 4 February 2026

Payment date: 12 February 2026

Date of approval: 30 January 2026

The dividend will, subject to approval by the EGM, be paid in NOK, and the NOK

dividend amount is based on the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 7

January 2026 approximately at 16:00 CET.
