Vår Energi ASA: Completion of intra-group merger with Vår Energi Norge AS

Sandnes, Norway, 10 June 2024: Reference is made to previous announcements by

Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR, "Vår Energi") regarding the merger with its wholly

owned subsidiary Vår Energi Norge AS (formerly Neptune Energy Norge AS).

The merger has now been completed and registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises, and consequently all assets, rights and obligations of Vår

Energi Norge AS have been transferred to Vår Energi.

No merger consideration was payable and Vår Energi's registered share capital

remains unchanged.
